HK Elektrostatik has sufficient knowledge and equipment on fault detection and repair of burner and electrostatic powder coating equipment in your facility, efficiency checks, paint quality testing and safety procedures.

Powder coating machine operator training is provided by us for all personnel working or to work in the paint shop in line with the request of the companies. 

What do we propose?

In electrostatic powder coating plants, periodic maintenance is necessary for every plant to improve paint quality, increase burner efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and get maximum efficiency in powder paint recycling. Maintenance and repair operations must be carried out by specialists, a wrong intervention may cause serious injuries. We recommend that you do not receive technical support and service from people who do not have the necessary permits and documents.
