SDF-Iron Phosphate

Phoryl S 960
It is a product used in iron phosphate coating baths for iron and steel materials. It is applied by spraying or dipping method. By adding neutral degreasing additive, degreasing and phosphating process can be provided in one bath. In case of cleaning heavily oily and dirty parts, the degreasing additive ratio is increased to ensure performance operation.
Phoryl MS 77
It is a product suitable for use in pressure spraying machines for iron, steel and galvanized metals. With the help of the surface active materials it contains, it both degreases the part and forms an iron phosphate layer on the metal surface. After the iron phosphating process is finished, the parts must be dried quickly.
Cleanol N 50-Neutral Degreasing
It can be used to remove strong oils from iron, steel, copper, zamak, brass, aluminum and galvanized parts without blackening. With the help of the inhibitor in its content, it has the ability to protect metal parts from oxidation and rust. It can be used in ultrasonic and immersion baths as well as spray baths.
